Biography
A peasant in the village of Malyshkino, Kasimovsky district, Ryazan province. The letter was trained at home. Reserve senior clerk. He served as a soldier (8 years) and a clerk on the estate [ what? ] (3 years). Zemsky vowel and volost judge. He was engaged in agriculture and trade.
On February 8, 1907, he was elected to the State Duma of the second convocation from the general electors of the Ryazan provincial election assembly. According to some information, it became a part of the Constitutional Democratic fraction [1] , according to other sources in the Duma it remained a "non-partisan progressive" [2] .
The fate and date of death is unknown.
