Biography

Born in 1885 in a poor Kazakh family. Prior to joining the collective farm he was engaged in agriculture and livestock raising. Since 1929 he worked as an ordinary collective farmer on the collective farm "Kzyl-Dekhkan" (Red dekhkanin) of the Terenuzyak district. He was later appointed a link in the rice-growing link. During World War II, the link under the leadership of Saparbay Kereitbayev annually exceeded the plan for growing rice. In 1942, an average of 56 centners of rice was collected from each hectare on a plot of 10 hectares, in 1943, 61 centners from each hectare on a plot of 6 hectares. The link raised 150 thousand rubles to the fund of the Kazakh tank column. For this labor and social activity he was awarded in 1945 the Order of the Red Banner of Labor.

In 1948, the Saparbay Kereitbayev link collected an average of 91.6 centners of rice per hectare. In 1949, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor for these outstanding labor achievements.
