Kevin Francis Joyce ( born Kevin Francis Joyce ; born June 27, 1951 in Beside , Borough Queens , New York ) is an American professional basketball player who played in the American Basketball Association after playing three of nine seasons of its existence. Played as a defender.

Biography
Born in Base (Borough Queens , New York ). He performed at the University of South Carolina . During the 1971 CAP tournament, Joyce tricked Lee Dedmon from North Carolina with a fraudulent maneuver and for a few seconds before the end of the match passed the ball to Tom Owens , who realized a two-point shot that brought an unexpected victory [1] .
Joyce won the silver medal at the 1972 Summer Olympics , being a player in the US men's team , which lost the controversial final match with the USSR team. American team players refused to accept medals, which are currently in a safe in Switzerland. After that, he played professionally at the American Basketball Association with the Indiana Pacers , San Diego Sales and Kentucky Colonels clubs.
