Zhizhig-Chorpa ( Chech. Zhizhig-Chorpa ) - a traditional national dish of Chechens , soup, which consists of beef or mutton , fat, tomato puree , fresh tomatoes , onion , wheat flour , potatoes , garlic , salt , ground black pepper green parsley [1] .

Description
To prepare the soup, cut the raw meat into cubes, salt, fry until crusty, pour with hot broth or water, add browned onions, tomato puree or fresh tomatoes and stew until done. Then the broth is poured and cooked on it a sauce with flour, roasted to a light brownish color. Put meat, fried potatoes in the sauce and cook for 10-15 minutes. When serving, season with garlic, ground with salt, and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley [1] .
