Geography
Novinki-Begichevo is located approximately 17 km (along the highway) [5] north-east of Serpukhov , on the river Rechma (left tributary of the Oka ) [6] [7] , the height of the village center above sea level is 173 m [8] .
Current State
In 2016, 3 streets, 2 passages and 2 garden associations were registered in the village [9] . Novinki-Begichevo is connected by bus to the regional center and the neighboring settlements [10] .
Stone Kazan Church , such as “octagon on four”, with a bell tower, was built in the village in 1748, closed in the 1930s, returned to believers in 2001 [11] , a monument of architecture [12] .
