Biography
Born in Graffignan [1] in 1893. March 20, 1918 was ordained a Catholic priest. On November 4, 1951 he was appointed auxiliary bishop of the diocese of Lodi . On December 2 of the same year he was ordained a titular bishop of Chom.
December 28, 1952 was appointed Bishop of Pesaro [2] .
For four sessions he was the father of the Second Vatican Council. In 1971, he consecrated a new parish in Pesaro dedicated to St. Carlo Borromeo [3] .
Luigi Carlo Borromeo rested in the 82nd year of his earthly life on July 4, 1975.
