Palamarchuk, Dmitry Nikolaevich

Dmitry Palamarchuk (born May 23, 1989 ) is a Transnistrian statesman and politician, a Transnistrian diplomat . Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR (August 19, 2015 - December 30, 2016). He has the diplomatic rank of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy of the II class .

Biography

Born May 23, 1989 in the city of Tiraspol . In 2006, he graduated from the Tiraspol Humanitarian and Mathematical Gymnasium, and in 2011, Transnistrian State University named after T.G. Shevchenko majoring in Political Science, International Relations and Geopolitics. In 2015, he received his second higher education at the Faculty of Management of the Russian State University for the Humanities with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.

Since February 9, 2009 he has been working in the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika , where he has gone all the career ladder from the position of referent to the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR. Occupied the following posts:

  • Assistant to the Office for International Organizations and Foreign Countries
  • Advisor to the Office for International Organizations and Foreign Countries
  • Deputy Head of the Negotiating Process Office
  • Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PMR

On August 19, 2015, by Decree of the President of PMR No. 307, he was appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Transnistrian Moldavian Republic [1] , and on December 30, 2016 he was relieved of his post [2] .
