Biography

Born February 15, 1968 in the city of Tselinograd.

In 1990 he graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk Higher Anti-aircraft Missile Command School of Air Defense

In 2000 he graduated from the Military Academy of Air Defense. G.K. Zhukova.

In 2010 he graduated from the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

On February 16, 2011, by order of the Head of State, he was appointed commander of the Air Defense Forces of the Air Defense Forces of the Armed Forces [1]

In 2014, he was awarded the title of Major General [2] .

On December 23, 2016 he was relieved of his post in connection with the transfer to another position [3] .

December 30, 2016 - by order of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed Head of the General Staff - First Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Air Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan [4] .
