Biography
Born January 11, 1904 in Voronezh in a working class family. In 1921 he entered Voronezh State University , which he graduated in 1926. After graduation, he decided to connect his life with Moscow and moved there, but at first he was not able to get a job. Thanks to the help of the administration of Voronezh University, in 1930 he got a job at the 2nd Moscow Medical Institute , where until 1938 he worked at the Department of Pathophysiology, at the same time from 1932 to 1943 he headed the TsIGIPKA laboratory. From 1943 to 1968 he headed the Department of Pathophysiology of the Moscow Dental Institute . He lived and worked in Moscow at the following addresses: Institutsky Lane , 10 (2nd half of the 1920s); Trubnikovsky Lane , 30 (1929-48); Novoslobodskaya street , 57/65 (1947-75); Starokonyushenny Lane , 19 (1975-83).
He died in 1983 in Moscow. He was buried at Kuntsevsky cemetery .
Scientific work
The main scientific works are devoted to the study of the mechanism of the therapeutic effect of blood transfusion, parenteral protein nutrition, and humoral regulation of hematopoiesis.
