In 1095, he married Alpaze (or Aspazija), daughter of Boson I, Viscount de Turenne, and Gerberge, his second wife. They had:
- Gérault III (+1160), Count d'Armagnac.
- Odon
- Two daughters
Also known is his side son, Lu Sancho, who in 1104 founded the dungeon Zhu.
