Reduction and cooling units

The company was founded on November 17, 2003 ^[1] . Then 20 people worked at CJSC “ROU”. In 2016, the fifth production building was commissioned.

CJSC “ROU” produces equipment unique to the Russian market and follows industry standards when creating power fittings, steam converters and pipeline elements for:

• systems of thermal and nuclear power plants with 4th safety class,
• enterprises of the chemical, petrochemical sector and metallurgical industry,
• pipelines transporting steam and water with a working pressure of up to 40 MPa and a temperature of up to 560 degrees Celsius with nominal passages from 6 to 1400 mm.

Among more than 2000 nomenclature products of CJSC “ROU”:

• shutoff valves (gate valves and valves with manual and electric actuators, check valves and gates);
• throttling-regulating valves (throttling, throttling-regulating, locking-throttling, regulating valves with manual and electric actuators);
• protective fittings (direct-acting safety valves, pulse-safety devices, main safety valves);
• steam traps;
• piping elements (steam coolers, silencer assemblies and throttle devices, steam-water and jet nozzles);
• equidistant tees, transitions and concentric transitions in accordance with OST for TPPs;
• reduction and cooling plants (ROW), high-speed reduction and cooling plants (BROU), cooling plants (OU), reduction plants (RU);
• electric drives for TPP fittings (core, built-in for control and shutoff valves).

The line for the production of power fittings for medium, high and critical parameters. In 2010 , a laboratory was put into operation for conducting destructive and non-destructive testing methods, as well as its own foundry.

The products of ZAO “ROU” are widely known and in demand by the enterprises of the energy complex of Russia, the countries of the Near Abroad and Eastern Europe, as well as in the countries of Asia and America.

In 2009, the quality management system of CJSC “ROU” received the SGS certificate (Switzerland) as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008.

In 2016, the company received a certificate of compliance of pipe fittings with the requirements of the EU Directive 97/23 / EC PED (pressure equipment) and harmonized European standards.

The company acts as the general sponsor of HC Dynamo, Barnaul ^[2] .

In 2016, CJSC “ROU” implemented a large-scale project for the construction of the Dynamo Ice Sports Palace in Barnaul. On September 13, the official opening ceremony of the Dynamo LDS took place on 3 Jasmine Street.

LDS consists of three blocks in which sports facilities are located (two ice arenas 30x60 and 20x45 meters in size), public and technical facilities, locker rooms, stands, a recreation area and other functional rooms. The Ice Palace is equipped with its own substation and a modular gas boiler.

Not far from the Dynamo Ice Palace, another sports palace will be built, as well as a martial arts center, tennis courts, several football fields. All these facilities will be combined into a sports cluster. ^[3] The project aroused interest and was praised by the authorities ^[4] .

The plant takes part in the improvement of the city of Barnaul ^[5] .
