Biography
Born in 1886 in the village of Layskoye, Verkhoturye County ( Perm Province ) or in Nizhny Tagil [2] in a peasant family [3] .
He graduated from the Nizhne-Tagil Mining School , where he received specialized secondary education [2] . Worked as a mining technician.
Joined the Socialist Revolutionary Party (AKP) in 1904; was one of the organizers of the Nizhny Tagil Committee of the AKP. He was arrested in 1907 and 1914, he was exiled to the settlement in the Yenisei province [4] .
In 1917 he became a member of the executive committee of the Nizhne-Tagil Soviet, was elected a delegate to the All-Russian Congress of Peasant Deputies and a delegate to the III Congress of the Party of Socialists-Revolutionaries (May 25 - June 4, 1917).
In the same year he was elected a member of the Constituent Assembly in the Perm constituency from the Social Revolutionaries and the Council of Peasant Deputies (list No. 2). Participated in the meeting-dispersal of the Assembly on January 5, 1918.
The fate of the Civil War , the pre-war repression and the Second World War is not clear.
The UMGB was arrested on May 26, 1950 in the town of Schuchinsk, Akmola region, and convicted by the Kokchetav Regional Court [2] (July 18, 1950) for 10 years under articles 58-10 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR . Rehabilitated on June 29, 1956 by the Supreme Court of the Kazakh SSR “due to the lack of evidence of a corpus delicti” [5] .
