Biography

 
The members of the State Duma of the Second Convocation from the Vologda province, stand (from left to right) - cadet N. M. Volotskaya , Trudovik P. D. Shchipin , sit (from left to right) - peasants N. N. Malafievsky , E. I. Shamanin and V. S. Shiryaev, who shared the views of the Trudoviks.

A peasant from the village of Shiryaevo, Ezekievsky volost, Nikolsky district, Vologda province. He had only primary education. He served as a volost foreman. He was engaged in agriculture on 45 tithes of allotment land. At the time of the Duma elections, he remained non-partisan.

On February 6, 1907 he was elected to the State Duma of the 2nd convocation from the congress of commissioners from the volosts of the Vologda province . He joined the Labor Group and a faction of the Peasant Union . However, May 19, 1907, making a statement [ what? ] , left the fraction.

The fate and date of death is unknown.
