Content

History

The village “Korgosi ​​or Small Zamoостьć” of 9 yards is mentioned on the “Topographic Map of St. Petersburg Environs” by F. F. Schubert in 1831 [2] .

According to the map of F. F. Schubert of 1844 and the map of S. S. Kutorgi of 1852, the village was called Korgosi ​​(Lesser Zamosc) [3] [4] .

On the ethnographic map of the St. Petersburg province of P. I. Köppen, 1849 is mentioned as the village "Korhosi", inhabited by Ingermanlanders - Savakots [5] .

In the explanatory text of the ethnographic map, it is taken into account as two villages:

  • Korhosi ( Korgosi ), number of inhabitants for 1848: 29 m. n., a total of 53 people
  • Rahkola ( Lesser Zamosc ), the number of inhabitants for 1848: 42 m. P., 35 g. n., a total of 77 people [6] .

According to the “Topographic Map of Parts of the St. Petersburg and Vyborg Provinces” in 1860, the village of Maloye Zamost (Korgosi) consisted of 10 peasant households [7] .

ZAMOZHIE SMOE - a specific village with wells, the number of yards - 18, the number of inhabitants: 69 m., 74 railways. p. (1862) [8]

In the lists of settlements in 1862, the two neighboring villages of Korguzi and Rakhkolova were counted as one village of Small Zamost .

According to the map of 1879, the village was called Korgosi ​​Lesser Zamosc and consisted of 10 peasant households [9] .

In 1885, the village of Korgosi consisted of 12 yards.

In the 19th century, the village administratively belonged to the Mozinsky volost of the 1st camp of the Tsarskoye Selo district of St. Petersburg province, and at the beginning of the 20th century, the 4th camp.

In 1913 there were also 12 yards [10] .

From 1917 to 1923, the village of Kargosi was part of the Zamostsky village council of the Mozinsky volost of the Detskoselsky district .

Since 1923, as part of the Gatchina volost of the Gatchina district .

Since 1927, as part of the Gatchina district.

Since 1928, as part of the Kolpan village council [11] .

In 1931, the village was called Korgosi and consisted of 23 yards; the collective farm “New World” was organized in the village [12] .

According to 1933, the village was called Kargosi and was part of the Kolpan Finnish National Village Council of the Krasnogvardeisky District [13] .

From August 1, 1941 to December 31, 1943 the village was under occupation.

Since 1959, as part of the Resurrection Village Council [11] .

According to 1966, the village was called Korguzi and was part of the Resurrection Village Council [14] .

According to the data of 1973 and 1990, the village of Korguzi was part of the Suburban Village Council of the Gatchinsky District [15] [16] .

In 1997, 8 people lived in the village, in 2002 - 7 people (Russians - 71%, Finns - 29%), and in 2007 - 10 [17] [18] [19] .

Geography

The village is located in the northern part of the district on the highway 41K-223 (Kiev highway - Pizhma ) at the intersection of its highway 41K-508 ( Torfyanoe - Sabra ) ..

The distance to the administrative center of the settlement is the village of Novyi Svet , 1 km [19] .

The distance to the Gatchina-Baltiyskaya railway station is 4 km [14] .
