Arno Siffer began his career in 1997, at the club Massey. In 2000, Arnault became a player in Paris Saint-Germain . Arno Siffer helped PSG reach the final of the French League Cup in 2005. In 2006, Arnaud joined the French club Dunkirk , helped in 2011, Dunkirk won the French Cup. In 2011, Arno Siffer became a Nantes player. Arno, along with Nantes, became the finalist of the EHF Cup, and also became the finalist of the French League Cup. In 2013, Arnaud Siffer moved to Montpellier , with whom he won the French Cup and twice won the French League Cup. In 2016, Arno became a Nantes player.
