José Alberto Mendoza Posas ( Spanish: José Alberto Mendoza Posas ; born July 21, 1989 in Olanchito , Honduras ) is a Honduran footballer , goalkeeper of the Juticalpa club and the national team of Honduras . Member of the Olympic Games in London .

Club career
Mendoza began his career at the Platense Club. In 2012, he moved to the Marathon . On August 13, in a match against Olimpia , he made his debut for a new club [2] . At the end of the season, Jose moved to Vida . On August 11, in a duel against Parrillas One , he made his debut for a new team [3] .
In early 2014, Mendoza moved to the Guatemalan Shelahu . On January 19, in a match against the Municipal , he made his debut in the Guatemalan championship [4] . As part of Shelahu, Jose was the main goalkeeper and played more than 100 matches in all tournaments over three seasons.
In the summer of 2016, Mendoza joined the Venezuelan Estudiantes de Merida . On July 20, in a match against Petare , he made his debut in the championship of Venezuela [5] . In the summer of 2017, Jose returned to his homeland, joining the Juticalpa club. On September 10, in a match against Real Sociedad , he made his debut for a new team [6] .
International Career
In 2009, as part of the youth team of Honduras, Mendoza took part in the youth world championship in Egypt . At the tournament he was a substitute and did not enter the field.
In the summer of 2012, Jose was included in the application of the Olympic team for a trip to London for the Olympic Games . At the tournament, he took part in matches against teams of Spain [7] , Morocco [8] , Brazil [9] and Japan [10] .
On October 16, 2012, in the qualifying match of the 2014 World Cup against Canada, Mendoza made his debut for the national team of Honduras [11] .
In 2013, as part of the national team, Jose took part in the CONCACAF Gold Cup . At the tournament he was a reserve goalkeeper and did not enter the field.
