Bulletin of International Commercial Arbitration is a Russian specialized magazine dedicated to the problems of international commercial and investment arbitration . It has been published since 2010 [1] and is the direct successor to the journal International Commercial Arbitration [2] , which was published between 2004 and 2008. The publication of the journal, discontinued in 2013 for reasons beyond the control of the editorial staff, was resumed in the fall of 2014 [3] [4] .

The frequency of issue numbers is 2 times a year. Each issue of the journal is presented in PDF format with full-text search. Since the end of March 2016, all issues of the journal can be downloaded on the site for free [1] .
The audience of the magazine is the legal and business community, specialists associated with international commercial and investment arbitration, international private law and trade.
The magazine’s authors include many key industry experts: A. V. Asoskov , A. N. Zhiltsov , I. S. Zykin , A. S. Komarov [5] , B. R. Karabelnikov , S. N. Lebedev , A. L. Makovsky , A. I. Muranov and others [6] .
In 2017, the “Bulletin of International Commercial Arbitration” was included in the well-known database “KluwerArbitration.com” [7] , maintained by Wolters Kluwer and dedicated to issues of international commercial and investment arbitration. As of July 2017, only 12 journals from various jurisdictions are included in this database, and the Bulletin of International Commercial Arbitration became the only Russian publication in this list. .

The journal publishes:
- articles of leading Russian experts in international commercial and investment arbitration, in international private law;
- reviews and comments in relation to the latest and most significant changes in Russian and foreign legislation relating to the regulation of international commercial and investment arbitration, as well as to challenge and enforce international arbitral awards;
- decisions of international commercial arbitrations made both on the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad (including on the most interesting cases considered recently at the ICAC at the RF CCI, the IAC at the RF CCI and leading foreign arbitration centers);
- translations of the most interesting foreign publications on issues related to the settlement of disputes arising in the field of foreign economic transactions, and other materials.

The bulletin is issued by the non-profit organization “Association of Researchers of International and Private Law” [8] with the support of the Muranov, Chernyakov and Partners Bar Association [9] and with the participation of:
- Department of Private International Law, Private Law Research Center S.S. Alekseev under the President of the Russian Federation;
- Department of International Private and Civil Law, MGIMO-University, MFA of the Russian Federation;
- electronic library "Science of Law" .
