Content
Story
Former CIA agent Jonathan Could ( Stephen Seagal ), who has long been considered dead, is engaged in various covert information search operations. Coulda hires James Donovan ( John Piper-Ferguson ) to help his brother Michael ( Julian Stone ) escape from prison.
When the brothers manage to reunite, Could learns that they have endangered the existence of the city of Los Angeles . Now Jonathan Could, a man with strong moral principles, has to choose a side in the upcoming confrontation.

The film received mostly negative reviews and low ratings from film critics. On the Rotten Tomatoes website its rating is 22% out of 100 [1] , on IMDB.com - 3.9 out of 10 [2] , on Allmovie - 2 out of 5 [3] .
Jeremy Wheeler from Allmovie noted the scene of the chase in the thirtieth minute of the film, referring to " Terminator " [4] . Beyondhollywood.com notes that fans of Seagal’s fighting moves will be disappointed with the prevalence of firearms over hand-to-hand combat [5] .
