Kubdari ( Georgian. რარი ) - a dish of Georgian cuisine , bread with meat from the Georgian region of Svaneti [1] .
Ingredients
The dough for such cakes make yeast. The filling is made from minced lamb , goat or pork . As seasonings for the filling use onions , garlic , salt and ground spices : coriander , zira , ucho-suneli . In Svaneti, it is believed that a real Kubdari should contain gitsruli [2] - a local spice similar in smell with dill seeds or zira.
