Coat of arms of the Duchess de Franco
Duke de Franco ( Spanish: Duque de Franco ) - Spanish noble title. It was created by King Juan Carlos I on November 26, 1975 for Maria del Carmen Franco and Polo (1926-2017), the only daughter of the Spanish dictator Francisco Franco (1892-1975) and his wife, Carmen Polo (1900-1988). Together with the title of the Duchess, she received the title of Grandess and the new coat of arms. The coat of arms of Carmen Franco is similar to the coat of arms of the Andrade family from Galicia , whose descendant on the female side was Francisco Franco himself.
In 1950, Carmen Franco and Polo married Cristobal Martinez-Bordeu, 10th Marquis de Villaverde (1922-1998), from whom she had four daughters and three sons.

She was married three times. Her first husband in 1972-1982 was Alfonso de Bourbon, Duke of Anjou and Cadiz (1936-1989). From her first husband, Maria del Carmen had two sons: Francisco de Asis de Bourbon, Duke of Bourbon (1972-1984), and Luis Alfonso, Duke of Anjou (born 1974). In 1984, Carmen remarried to a Frenchman of Italian descent, Jean Marie Rossi (born 1930). In her marriage, she had a daughter, Maria Cynthia Francisco Matilda Rossi (born 1985). In 1995, the couple divorced. In 2006, she married Spaniard Jose Campos García (born 1964) for the third time. In February 2013, the couple broke up.
