Biography
The son of a sculptor. Initially, he was an assistant and executor of the ideas of the royal sculptor A. Lebrun.
Representative of late Roman Baroque . He is the author of many busts, portrait medallions , allegorical statues in the Uyazdovsky Castle , Warsaw's Royal Castle , the capital's park and the Lazienki Palace .
He created a number of gravestone statues with elements of symbolism made of marble with bronze , including the archbishop of Gnieznenski A.K. Ostrovsky , Chancellor A.S. Mlodzeevsky , several Radziwills .
Together with Franciszek Pink, he decorated the facade of St. Anne's Church in Warsaw with sculptures of four evangelists in the style of classicism .
