Description
Small wasps: length of females 7 mm, males - from 6 to 6.5 mm. The main color is yellowish black. The back of the metanotum (posterior plate) keeled, steep, with two towering tubercles or teeth. 1st abdominal segment only a little already 2nd, not stalked. The first tergite of the abdomen without transverse cushion, evenly convex. The second radio medial wing cell is not a stalked. The shins of the middle legs with one spur. Members of the genus Antepipona nest in the ground, adult females hunt the caterpillars of butterflies that feed their larvae [1] .
