Biography

He graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (1956).

In 1947-1967 He worked at RFNC-VNIIEF in positions from laboratory to head of laboratory. In 1967-1987 Head of the Research Laboratory and Deputy Chief Designer VNIIA.

Candidate of Technical Sciences.

Winner of the 1955 Stalin Prize for the development of the first detonation system with an external neutron source.

Winner of the 1960 Lenin Prize for the creation of new efficient devices for the initiation of nuclear charges.
