Oleg Sergeevich Tsarkov (born March 22, 1988) is a Ukrainian air rifle shooter. Champion of Europe (2014), multiple champion and winner of international competitions, championships of Ukraine, member of the national team of Ukraine. Master of Sports of Ukraine of international class .

Biography
He started shooting at the age of ten.
Nowadays - an employee of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the educational and sports base of summer sports of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine .
Two-time bronze medalist of the European Championship in the team event among juniors (2005, 2006). European champion in the team event among juniors (2008).
In 2014 in Moscow ( Russia ) he won the “gold” of the European Championship in air rifle shooting from 10 meters, setting a European record. In March, the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine recognized Tsarkov as the best athlete of the month [1] . In 2015, at the 1st European Games in Baku ( Azerbaijan ), he took fourth place. In the same year, at the World Cup stage in Munich ( Germany ), he won a bronze medal in air rifle shooting, and also won the silver medal of the World Cup in bullet shooting [2] .
In 2016, he went to the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro , competed in shooting from a three-position rifle, a lying rifle and an air rifle. In the last discipline he reached the final and took eighth place [3] .
