Sports career
The debut in the international arena for Helena was the European Championship 2014 in Berlin , where she became the champion in the group.
In 2015, at the home world championships in Kazan, she won three gold medals in the group and combination, in 2016 she added 2 more gold medals of the European Championship.
At her first Olympics in 2016 in Rio de Janeiro, Gelena became the Olympic champion in the group.
