Club career

Ricky Harakawa began his career as a football player at the Kyoto Sanga Club. July 22, 2012, he made his debut in J-League 2 , coming on as a substitute in the end of the home match against Ehime [2] . In “Kyoto”, Ricky Harakawa didn’t manage to play, and he spent the 2014 season on loan as well for the J-League team 2 “ Ehime ”, where he was the main player. July 26, 2014, he scored his first goal, pushing his team ahead in the home match against Consadole Sapporo [3] . Returning to Kyoto in the 2015 season, Harakawa was already significantly more likely than in his early years to play for this team in the league. Since the beginning of 2016, he became a player in the J-League 1 Kawasaki Frontale Club. On April 19, 2016, Riki Hirakawa made his debut in the main Japanese league, replacing him at the end of a home meeting with the Sagan Tosu team [4] .

Team Career

As part of the Japanese youth team, Ricky Harakawa won the 2016 Asian Championship among youth teams in Qatar .

Ricky Harakawa, as part of the Japanese Olympic team, played at the 2016 Olympic Games football tournament in Rio de Janeiro . He spent only 1 match of his team in this competition, leaving in the first match against the Olympic team of Nigeria and being replaced in the 53rd minute [5] .
