Biographies
He graduated from the Imperial Moscow Technical School in 1876 [1] . Technological engineer. Personal honorary citizen . For about 30 years he worked in factories, first in Ivanovo , then in the village of Nikolskoye (now part of the city of Orekhovo-Zuyevo ), in the factory of S.T. Morozov . Working in factories, he was the head of many public organizations [2] . Fired by the administration "for social activities." A member of the cadet party.
On February 7, 1907, he was elected to the State Duma of the II convocation of the total electoral structure of the Vladimir provincial electoral assembly. He became a member of the Constitutional Democratic faction. A member of the Duma commission on assistance to the unemployed, on the normal rest of employees in trade and craft institutions. He made a report on behalf of the 5th Section on the verification of the rights of members of the State Duma of the II convocation .
Since 1907, a leading process engineer at the factory of N. M. Krasilshchikov in the Springs of the Kostroma province [3] .
At its meeting on July 30, 1915, the Central Committee of the Cadet Party decided to organize a regional congress of Moscow Region and Moscow provinces in early August of the same year and invite AO Gorev as a delegate to it among other party members [4] .
The further fate and date of death are unknown. [5] . He died before 1929 [6] .
