Biographies
A peasant in the village of Vlasyevo of the Nikul volost of the Yuryev-Polsky district of the Vladimir province. He graduated from a rural school. Engaged in farming, having an allotment.
On February 7, 1907, he was elected to the State Duma of the 2nd convocation from the general meeting of electors of the Vladimir Provincial Electoral Assembly. He joined the Labor Group and the faction of the Peasant Union . He was a member of the Duma Agrarian Commission.
The fate and date of death is unknown.
