Biography

Mehil Verslois was born on July 29, 1987 in the Amstelveen community, which is part of the metropolitan area of ​​Amsterdam. He began his professional career as a rower since 2007. The first international competition that Verslois took part in was the II stage of the 2009 rowing world cup in Munich (2009 WORLD ROWING CUP II). As part of the four with a score of 06: 29.020, his team took 5th place, losing the fight for bronze to rivals from Poland (06: 27.850 - 4th place) and China (06: 24.710 - 3rd place) [1] .

Verslois won his first champion gold at the 2013 European rowing championship in Seville . With a result of 6: 21.79 in the fours swim, the Dutch rowers took first place, ahead of rivals from Romania (6: 23.83 - 2nd place) and Germany (6: 24.94 - 3rd place) [2] .
