Club career

Laurent Schiarr began his professional career in 1990, performing for the first time as part of Yer-Toulon Var. He started playing in the Racing Paris basketball club in 1993 and remained in it until 1997. Then he moved abroad for one season, first having spent several matches with Ciudad de Huelva from Spain , then with Benetton from Italy , before returning to Paris again. In 2001, Skjarra left France again and spent the season in the Panionios team from Greece . After two more seasons in Paris as part of Racing Paris, Schiarra played one season at the Gravelines club. In 2005, he moved to Dijon , where he remained until his transfer to Orleans in 2008.

Career in the national team

Laurent Schiarrá has performed in many international competitions for the French national team. Among other things, he participated in the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney , where the French team players were awarded silver medals.
