The nameless passage was named in March 2016 in honor of the Russian Soviet painter, graphic artist, designer, theater artist, founder of constructivism Vladimir Tatlin (1885-1953) [1] . At the same time, 14 streets in the area of the former industrial zone of the Likhachev plant (“ ZIL ”) are named after famous avant-garde artists, architects and constructivists of the 20th century due to the fact that the Hermitage-Moscow museum is planned to be created on this territory, where they will present modern art collections. and also will open puppet and drama theaters.
