The Ministry of State and Local Government of Serbia is the government body of Serbia , responsible for the functioning of the authorities and other ministries, as well as for the work of local authorities. He is also responsible for the protection of human rights and national minorities. The Ministry is located in Belgrade at the address of Prince Milos street, house 20.

On August 11, 2016, a new composition of the Government of Serbia was approved, Ana Brnabich headed the Ministry of State and Local Government.
Organizationally, the Ministry is divided into sectors, departments, divisions and groups. It consists of five sectors: governance, local self-government, human rights and national minorities, European integration and international cooperation, human resources management. The Ministry also has a secretariat and an office of the minister.
