Muriel Evelyn Grossfeld ( born Murvis , nee Davis, October 7, 1940) is an American gymnast, gold medalist of the 1963 Pan American Games in team competition.

Grossfeld participated in rhythmic gymnastics competitions at the 1956 Olympic Games in Melbourne , and in 1960 and 1964 in Rome and Tokyo . At the Olympics in team competition, she took ninth place. Her best result in individual competitions at the 1960 Olympics was 19th in floor exercise [2] . In 1962, she participated in the World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in Prague, but was left without medals.
Muriel Evelyn Grossfeld was married to teammate gymnast Abie Grossfeld, but they later divorced [3] .
Having stopped participating in competitions, she worked for a long time as a national gymnastics trainer and judge of the international category. In 1981, Grossfeld was inducted into the American Gymnastics Hall of Fame [4] .
