He is a prominent specialist in the work and life of Taras Shevchenko. Master of Sports of the USSR in drafts composition. Champion of Ukraine in drafts composition (1986, 2010). Corresponding Member of the Academy of Chess and Checkers Arts ( St. Petersburg ).

Biography

In Crimea since 1958. In 1963 he graduated with honors from the Faculty of History and Philosophy of the Crimean Pedagogical Institute. M. V. Frunze. From 1964 to 2003 he worked in the editorial offices of the Crimean newspapers. In 1965-1993, the correspondent of the sports department of the newspaper "Krymskaya Pravda". In the autumn of 1965, he organized the first competition in the Crimean periodicals for the best solution of drafts compositions. The venerable also took part in it - master of sports of the USSR Nikolay Pustynnikov ( Tikhvin , RSFSR), Leonid Vitoshkin (Gomel, Belorussian USSR), five minutes to master B. Volkov ( Volgograd ) and beginners solvers. Among them is the eighth-grader of the sixth Simferopol school, Semyon Berenstein. For the future grandmaster in composition this competition was the first.

He graduated from the Crimean Pedagogical Institute named after MV Frunze, Faculty of History and Pedagogy.

In the media regularly spoke with local history articles, articles on sports topics. Editor of the newspaper Krimska svlititsya, chief editor of the newspaper Crimsport. The author of articles in the encyclopedia of the Encyclopedia of Ukraine. Author and co-author of several publications.

He has been writing on local history and cultural studies since 1990, his articles have been published in Austria, Brazil, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, the USA.

Grigory Rudnitsky does not forget his small homeland - Kalanchak district. In the regional newspaper "Slava pratsi" publishes historical and local history articles, actively cooperates with the Kalanchak central regional library and gives it its books [1] . The famous journalist transfers his books to the Crimean libraries - to the Crimean Republican Institution "Crimean Tatar Library. I. Gasprinsky " [2]

Awards

Winner of the All-Ukrainian Prizes: Yara Slavutych for the local lore study “The Land of the Steppe Pyramids” and the Taras Shevchenko Foundation “There is a truth in her house, strength and will” for publishing Shevchenko subjects [1] .
