Rivaldo Roberto Genino Kutze ( born Rivaldo Roberto Genino Coetzee ; born October 16, 1996 , Kakamas , South Africa ) is an African footballer , defender of the Mamelody Sandowns club and the South African national team . Member of the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro .

Club career

Kutze is a graduate of the Ajax club in Cape Town . On February 28, 2014, in his match against Polokvane City , he made his debut as part of the latter in the South African championship [2] . In 2015, Rivaldo helped the team win the Cup of Eight .

International Career

On October 12, 2014, in the match of the qualifying tournament of the African Cup 2015 against the national team, Congo Kutze made his debut for the national team of South Africa . In 2015, he took part in the African Cup in Equatorial Guinea as part of the national team. In the tournament, he played in matches against Algeria [3] and Ghana [4] .

In the summer of 2017, Kutze moved to Mamelody Sandowns .

In 2016, Rivaldo, as part of the South African Olympic team, took part in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro . At the tournament, he played in matches against teams of Brazil [5] , Denmark [6] and Iraq [7] .
