The houses of the 1-528KP-84E series are single-entry tower-type residential buildings with a height of 14 floors, consisting of two rectangular "halves". An architectural feature is the large number of wide loggias that almost all apartment windows face.
In a horizontal section, the building has the shape of two rectangles, partially touching long sides, partially protruding. The opposite sides of the rectangles are the external facades. External facades are made stepwise, on them there are 3 loggias 6 meters wide. On the internal facades are located 1 loggia 6 meters long. At the outer ends of the rectangles is located one balcony .
One half of the house has a height of 14 floors, the other - 13. At their junction there is a staircase-elevator unit and an open, non-smokeable entrance balcony for fire evacuation.
The foundation of the house is pile . The walls are made of local bricks. Most often, white silicate brick was used , however there are houses built of red brick . Ceilings - multi-hollow reinforced concrete slabs with a thickness of 220 mm. The roof is flat, covered with bitumen materials, internal gutters. There is a technical floor between the roof and the apartments.
