Alexdor - the name of the gold coin of the county of Neuwied-Kind minted in 1752 in an insignificant edition during the reign of Johann Friedrich Alexander (1737-1794) [1] . Unlike previously minted ducats, alexdor repeats the pistol in its characteristics [1] . The weight of the coin was 6.65 g of gold of the 900th test [2] .

The obverse of the coin contained the image of Count Johann Friedrich Alexander in the mantle and the circular inscription “FRID. ALEXANDER COM. WEDAE. " “D” under the bust on the left indicates that the stamp cutter was Wilhelm Dobicht ( German: Wilhelm Dobicht ) [3] . On the reverse in the center is a dove in a cartouche entwined with laurel branches. A crown is placed above them. Below is an indication of the year of manufacture "1752". The circular inscription on the upper edge “MODERATO SPLENDEAT VSV” means “Moderation illuminates” [3] .
Alexdor was released in a very limited edition. At the moment, the only surviving instance is known [3] . In March 2008, it was sold for more than 55 thousand US dollars [2] .
