Uzvara ( Latvian. Uzvara ) is a settlement in the Bauska region of Latvia . The administrative center of the Gailish volost . It is located on the left bank of the Musa River near the Latvian-Lithuanian border. Bauska is about 12 km away. According to 2006 data, 1284 people lived in the village [1] .

History
In Soviet times, the settlement was part of the Gailish village council of the Bausky district . The village housed the Uzvara collective farm [2] .
