Description
Shield with a gold border crossed and half-covered with narrow gold stripes. On the upper green field is a golden cornucopia with fruits and flowers and a caduceus in an oblique cross; on the second azure golden Cossack with a spear; on the third golden azure periwinkle flower. The second and third fields are separated by a golden spikelet.
