Ninke Kingma ( Dutch: Nienke Kingma , born February 12, 1982) is a Dutch athlete, a rower, a medalist in the 2008 World Championships in rowing and the 2008 Summer Olympics.

Biography
Ninke Kingma was born in Dreibergen-Reisenbyurg , Utrecht . She began her professional career as a member of the Nereus ASRV club in 2000, where she has been training to the present. At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing , Kingma in the Dutch Eight won a silver medal, losing to rivals from the United States [1] .
In 2012, during the Summer Olympics in London, the Dutch eight, which included Kingma, lost to teams from the United States and Canada, taking third place [2] .
Kingma was quite successful in the Netherlands at the 2009 World Rowing Championships in Poznan. The gold medal was obtained in the fours swim, in which she, along with Chantal Achterberg , Karlin Bau and Femke Dekker, overtook rivals from the USA and Canada [3] . Bronze was earned in the eights competition, in which the Dutch rowers with a score of 6: 07.43 lost to rivals from Romania and the USA [4] .
At the 2010 World Rowing Championships in Karapiro , Kingma in the Dutch four managed to overtake the clear swim favorites from Australia and the USA and win a gold medal [5] .
