Biography
Like all his predecessors as Minister of State, he is not a citizen of Monaco. He grew up and lived in France.
He graduated from the Paris Institute for Political Studies . In 1966, the National School of Management (ENA).
In 1966-1967 - Civil administrator at the French Ministry of the Interior.
In the years 1967-1972. - Suprefect, as well as the Director of the Cabinet of the Prefect of the Val d'Oise department.
In the years 1972-1974. - Director of the Office of the Director General for Local Government, Ministry of the Interior in Mauritius.
In 1974-1975 - General Secretary of Administration at Reunion.
In 1975-1976 - again Director of the Office of the Director General for Local Government, Ministry of the Interior in Mauritius.
In 1977-1982 - Suprefecto of the Lorient region.
In 1982-1985 - Director of the Department of Fisheries at the Ministry of Maritime Affairs.
In 1985-1986 - prefect, director of the cabinet of the prefect Ile de France .
In 1986-1987 - Prefect, Director of Civil Defense of the French Ministry of the Interior.
