The 2016 European Baseball Championship was held from September 9 to September 18 in the Netherlands, the city of Hoofddorp . The tournament was organized by the Royal Netherlands Baseball and Softball Association (KNBSB), the authorities of the city of Hoofddorp and the baseball club Hoofddorp Pioniers [1] .
