Eglutiems ( Latvian: Egļuciems ) is a settlement in the Balvi region of Latvia . The administrative center of Lazduleysky volost . It is located at the regional highway P46 ( Dubleva - Zerpen ). Balvi is about 18 km away. According to data for 2015, 127 people lived in the village [1] .

History
In Soviet times, the settlement was called Dukuleva and was part of the Lazduley village council of the Balva district . In the village was located the collective farm "Borets" [2] .
