Born in the village of northern Kazakhstan, Ayyrtau .
Honored Art Worker of Karakalpakstan, founder of the International Association “Art of the Nations of the World” , professor. He was awarded the Order of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Holy Blessed Prince Daniel of Moscow. The author of many books and exhibitions in the east. The main brainchild of Nikolai Izosimovich is the famous Nikor gallery in the country.
Kornilov presented the works from his collection to Omsk , Bratsk , Kokchetav , Schuchinsk , Grozny , Ivanteevka , Pospelikha , Barnaul . Created the Rooster Museum in Petushki, Vladimir Region. Gave 700 works of art to the same city. On the basis of them, the NIKOR gallery was opened. [one]
