Dolmatov, Vladimir Ivanovich

He was awarded the St. George Cross 2nd degree. During the battle on November 9-12, 1914 near the village of Dara, being the senior intelligence team, skillfully controlling his subordinates, he penetrated the enemy’s position, destroying two enemy guards, for which he was awarded the George Cross of the 1st degree. ^{[1] [2]}

During the Civil War he participated in the White movement . For differences in affairs with the enemy, the 9th Stavropol Rifle Regiment of the People's Army was promoted to lieutenant colonel with seniority (order for the Siberian Army of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Admiral Alexander Kolchak of March 31, 1919).

August 1, 2016 in the village of Kremenki , Ulyanovsk region , in the hero’s homeland, a bust of a participant in the Great War (1914-1918) was opened ^[3]
