The third channel ( Khmer. ទូរទស្សន៍ រាជធានី ភ្នំពេញ ប៉ុ ស្ដិ៍ លេ ៣ ) is a Cambodian television channel, one of the first private television channels in the country. The main office of the channel is located in Phnom Penh. Founded in 1996, the owner of the canal is the administration of Phnom Penh Municipality.
