Distribution
It occurs in the province of Saskatchewan ( Canada ) [1] .
Description
Small short-winged beetles , body length 3 mm. The main color is black (including antennae and paws). The body is thin and densely punctured. Middle and hind tarsi 5-segmented (anterior 4-segmented). Similar in appearance to the Dochmonota websteri . The species was first described in 2016 by Canadian entomologists Jan Klimaszewski ( Jan Klimaszewski ; Laurentian Forestry Center, Ontario , Canada ) and David Larson ( David J. Larson ) together with species D. langori and D. websteri [1] [2] [3 ] ] .
