Biography
Peasant village Ryzhkovo Velikolutskogo County, Pskov Province. He studied at the folk school. He was serving military service, retired with the rank of mediator-ensign. Engaged in farming on 4 tithes of allotment land. At the time of the elections to the Duma remained non-partisan.
On February 6, 1907, he was elected to the State Duma of the II convocation from the general composition of electors of the Pskov provincial electoral assembly. According to some information, he was in the right-wing faction [1] ; according to others, he became part of the Constitutional Democratic faction [2] . In the Duma commissions did not participate.
He was a board member of the Milolyubsky Society of Agriculture of Velikoluksky District, together with landowners B.N. and V.N. Velikopolskie and the priest Fr. Alexander Belyavsky [3] .
The further fate and date of death are unknown.
