Indosat ( JSX : ISAT ) is Indonesia’s second-largest mobile operator (after Telkomsel ), serving 16.7 million users at the end of 2006 . The largest shareholders are the government of Indonesia (14.3%) and Singaporean ST Telemedia , controlled by Singapore-based Temasek holding (42%). Revenues for 2006 - $ 1.36 billion, net profit - $ 156.3 million, capitalization on May 14 - $ 4.1 billion.
