Minadora Partenievna Kadaria (born 1931 ) is a collective farmer, tea maker, and a link collective farm named after Beria of the Akhalsopelsky Village Council of the Zugdidi District of the Georgian SSR . Hero of Socialist Labor (1948).

She worked on a tea plantation on the Beria collective farm (later named after Lenin) in the Zugdidi district. In 1949, she collected 7 tons of tea leaf on a plot of 0.5 hectares [1] . In 1950 she was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor for outstanding labor achievements.
Some members of her family were also awarded at various times the title of Hero of Socialist Labor: her father Parten Kadaria (1949), her mother Domnik Kadaria (1948) and sister Valentina Sribnova (1951) [2] .
